Unit laid out in 20,000 sq. ft single floor, is equipped with all type of the machinery required for the manufacturing of the product line.
Our thrust has always been to put computerized automatic machines as much as possible, this avoids human errors and uniform quality of the
production to the buyers satisfaction.
In addition to standard single needle machines we have Singles needle machines with Under bed Trimmers, Belt attaching machines, Pin tuck machines.
We also have computerized Button Hole, Button attaching machines. Pneumatic Snap Button Machines, Fusing Machines. Needle Detector.
This versatility of the resources in terms of machines and skilled man power helps us in producing the Garments as per desired requirements and production efficiency.
All these machines are laid and shuffled based on product requirements.
