Pankaj Kamdar
Founder
Founder of Prasam Exports, Pankaj Kamdar has more than 45 years of experience in the industry. He started his career working in textile mills and in turn gained immense knowledge in fabric and garment washing techniques. His textile background coupled with exemplary domain expertise and business-savvy acumen has taken Prasam Exports to the stature that it currently enjoys. Pankaj heads the management team, assists in day-to-day operation management and is one of the key decision makers at Prasam.
Mayur Kamdar
CEO
Mayur Kamdar is the CEO of Prasam, leading the company's overall strategy, merchandising, and business development. He holds a degree in 'Product Development in Fashion Industry' with a specialization in Mass Production Techniques from the London College of Fashion. Earlier in his career, Mayur worked with large retailers like H&M and served as merchandising manager at a prominent garment export company in South India. He also gained experience in the merchandising department at a reputed buying house, handling prominent brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Polo.
